Do you take EFTPOS?
Yes, we have EFTPOS facilities at the clinic.
Can I get private health cover rebates?
Yes, depending on your cover plan, you may be eligible for rebates.
Do you have HICAPS?
Yes, we have a HICAPS machine at the clinic, so bring your private health fund card and we can swipe it for instant rebates.
What is your late cancellation policy?
Your appointment is booked especially for you and 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or make any changes. We are by appointment only and this allows other to fulfil the appointment or give our practitioners notice. If 24 hours notice is not given a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
Do you offer concession prices?
Yes. We offer concession rates for students, health care card holders, pension card holders and children.
Does Acupuncture hurt?
Acupuncture needles are between 0.20 and 0.25mm thick. The sensation is similar to a mosquito bite, but most people feel nothing much at all. After the needles are inserted, it is common to feel very relaxed and fall asleep.
Can I have Acupuncture if I am pregnant?
Yes. Acupuncture is completely safe and can be very beneficial during pregnancy. Just make sure you let your practitioner know before hand. Some examples of symptoms it can help alleviate during pregnancy are nausea and vomiting (morning sickness), pain, constipation, stress, heart burn, insomnia, thrush, restless leg syndrome, and correcting breach position of the baby.
Are you open on public holidays?
No. Due to the nature of life up here in Exmouth, most people find it hard to commit to an appointment on public holidays because if the weather is good, they will want to get out there and get amongst it!
Do you treat on the first visit?
Yes. For both Chiropractic and Acupuncture, you will receive a treatment on the first visit.
